What data we collect and why

  • Orders: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone, the products ordered and payment status (never your full card number). Legal basis: performance of the contract.
  • Invoicing and accounting: order and invoice data. Legal basis: legal obligation (Spanish tax law).
  • Customer account: email, password (stored encrypted), saved addresses and order history. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
  • Contact form and email: the details and message you send us. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your request.
  • Newsletter: your email address, only if you subscribe. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the link in every email.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, in server logs. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working.

Who we share your data with

  • Payment service provider that processes card payments.
  • Delivery companies that receive your name, address, phone and email to deliver the parcel and send tracking updates.
  • Hosting and email providers that store the website, its database and our mailbox.
  • Newsletter service (Mailchimp), only if you subscribe.
  • Customs authorities for deliveries to the United Kingdom.
  • Public authorities, when required by law.

We do not sell or rent personal data. Where a provider is located outside the EU/EEA, transfers are covered by an adequacy decision or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep your data

  • Order and invoice data: 6 years (Spanish Commercial Code).
  • Account data: until you delete your account.
  • Contact requests: up to 2 years after the request is closed.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Server logs: up to 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format and to withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]; we answer within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or the supervisory authority in your country.
