The Hotpoint DIH10DIX is a full-height built-in double oven combining a 75 litre fan-assisted main cavity with a 38 litre top oven built around a twin grill that can run at full width or half power to save energy on smaller dishes. A dedicated slow cooking function holds a low, steady temperature for stews and casseroles over several hours, alongside forced air convection, conventional heat and a defrost setting for everyday cooking. Both cavities use an easy-clean enamel liner, wiped down rather than requiring a pyrolytic cycle, and a programmable LED timer with dial controls handles temperature and cook time.
